Pressure cleaning & Softwash

Softwash is a less abrasive method used in particular situations and really dirty jobs. Its a mixed chemical cleaning solution which is diluted down and sprayed at about 60 psi vs a pressure washer at 4000 psi. This Method is the only Method we use when it comes to cleaning tile roof as to the manufacturer's instructions.

Depending on the surface, sometimes no chemical is needed at all. Just some good ole' fashion water only pressure cleaning. With our surface cleaner, it makes cleaning flat surfaces a breeze.
