From big to small repairs

Excavation of the work area, grading, and leveling to a flat compact foundational surface. Laying down our paver base, then our paver leveling sand, last but not least lay down some marble. Once completed, we wash down the pavers, and let them dry out to reduce the chance of efflorescence appearing in order to seal.

Paver Base was eroding due to the water/ moisture washing out the backside of the seawall over time. This can cause the pavers to sink being nothing below but an empty air pocket. Removing the pavers, removing old base, applying new sand/ mortar mix for structural support, leveling sand. and finally laying back down pavers.
